Our REO database features include: - Ability to search our REO list by coverage area including nationally or by state(s).
- Ability to search for REO clients alphabetically.
- Ability to search for the most recently added REO companies.
- Ability to contact each REO client by email or via their on site contact form
- Ability to contact each REO company by phone and/or toll free phone, by fax and/or toll free fax
- Ability to directly access all REO company websites to review them and fill out their vendor applications
- For each REO client, our members have the ability to provide ratings and reviews on items like appraisal fees, how quickly they pay their appraisers, turn time demands, amount of appraisal assignments received by the client, level of status calls, quality of appraisal assignments, and any other comments an appraiser may have about an REO company.
- Ability to read all ratings and reviews provided by other appraisers for each REO client on our list to more efficiently find suitable clients.to see an example of an AMC which has been reviewed by a certified real estate appraiser.
- Ability to submit REO clients which have not already been added to our list.
- Ability to add REO clients to their list of favorites so they can be referenced anytime our members wants to stay in touch with their best clients or for any other purposes.
