All AMC's in the Clients section provide residential appraisals yet many of these companies are also seeking independent contractors in all forms of commercial and industrial appraisal services.

The Employers section consists of multiple national employers hiring appraisers as part time or full time employees.

The Networks section consists of multiple HVCC compliant networks and national cooperatives for residential appraisers.

All clients, employers and networks in the AMC database have verified websites. It is a priority for us to keep the database updated constantly with the assistance of our members.

Over 95% of the AMC's on our list have easy to access online applications for vendors/appraisers to submit.
