The Clients section is the main section which is broken down into seperate lists making it easy for appraisers to navigate our database of clients. The seperate lists include Big Box AMCs (over 45) which produce the vast majority of appraisal work across the country, a list of smaller AMCs (over 265) which produce more local mortgage work, Real Estate Owned (REO) companies (over 55) offering national REO work for residential appraisers, a list of national Financial and Mortgage Service Companies (over 15) offering work which most appraisers are unaware of, and finally a small list of national Commercial companies (over 5) for those looking to potentially graduate into commercial. |
| The Employers section consists of multiple national employers hiring appraisers as part time or full time employees. |
| The Networks section consists of multiple HVCC compliant networks and national cooperatives for residential appraisers. |

All clients, employers and networks in our database have been verified to be in business and offering work for other appraisers. It is a priority for us to keep the database updated constantly with the assistance of our members. We understand it is challenging with the industry struggling in the current economy, but we are not like our competition, which we have analyzed to detail. We do not have a slew of out of business AMCs and useless compaines on our lists. We depend on our members to submit quick reviews which let us know about clients which may have gone out of business, changed thier website, etc at all times. |
