Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) is an online, continuously updated, client resource for real estate appraisers. We provide the largest database of AMC and REO companies for residential real estate appraisers across the United States. Our mission is to help ease the process for appraisers in finding additional appraisal work and ultimately finding good quality clients. We have many clients in our database, currently offering work for appraisers, that can not be found surfing the web as many appraisers are finding themselves doing today.
Our membership price:We charge a nominal, one time fee of $49.95 for a lifetime membership to our updated client databases. We consider the information we have to offer extremely valuable and only want members who are serious about finding good clients. Our members can come back at anytime, say a year or two from now, and check our databases for the most recently added clients. It is a very nominal fee for those who intend to be in the business for the long haul. We understand how valuable finding a few good clients can be.
What we are not:
- We are not an appraisal management company.
- We do not directly provide appraisal orders, we inform who is.
- We do not have an approved appraisers list.
